Quality Engineer

Your Job

We’re looking for someone who can help make sure our products meet the high-quality expectations of major Japanese OEMs and tier suppliers—from the early development stages all the way to mass production. In this role, you’ll work closely with global Molex teams and our suppliers to build quality into the product. As the person oversees quality through every phase, your contribution will directly support stronger customer satisfaction and reduce quality risks.

What you will do:

1. Lead AQP/APQP Activities

•Drive quality planning (APQP) from product development through the launch of mass production

• Define quality requirements and integrate them into control plans, PFMEAs, and process design

2. Customer Quality Support (Voice of the Customer)

• Serve as the quality liaison for automakers and tier suppliers
