Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Quality representative at the Focus Factory level, advocating for customer needs across the organization.
Lead, motivate, and develop Customer and Production Quality Engineers, ensuring systematic follow-up on personal development and goal achievement.
Set individual and team targets aligned with overall plant and organizational objectives.
Provide input to plant strategy definition, resource planning, and daily operational management within the area of responsibility.
