A globally recognised aerospace manufacturer in Denham is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector. You'll be inspecting precision components used in aviation safety systems for fighter jets, where accuracy and compliance are non-negotiable.

What you'll be doing:

Inspecting and testing components using height gauges, bore micrometers, DTIs, and Intertest equipment

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications

Generating and maintaining inspection documentation in line with quality assurance procedures

Using SAP to record work in progress, track component batches, and log non-conformances

Ensuring all inspection equipment is maintained and within calibration

Identifying non-conformances and communicating patterns or recurring issues to the Cell Leader

Supporting continuous improvement and 5S activities
