Quality Management System Supervisor

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate QMS implementations and milestone tracking across facilities and departments.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain QMS training, checklists, and system documentation.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits; verify closure of findings to applicable standards.
• Support corrective actions and work closely with plant teams to ensure system effectiveness.
• Prepare and coordinate Management Reviews, including third‑party and customer audits.

What Is Required

• Engineering degree with strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Certified Internal Auditor with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 auditing experience.
• Solid understanding of document control and QMS compliance requirements.
• Adaptable professional with basic knowledge of ISO 14001 and continuous improvement practices.
• English skills proficiency is required.
