Quality Manager Overview:

Own the site QMS and keep key certifications audit-ready and compliant
Lead NCR control end-to-end, driving root cause and prevention, not repeat issues
Take full accountability for product quality assurance across the business
Lead and develop the inspection function, equipment and training standards
Act as the main quality contact for customers and suppliers, reporting performance clearly 
This Quality Manager role reports into senior leadership and gives full autonomy to run quality on site.
