Job responsibilities  
Define and continuously monitor KPIs for the Communications product vertical; analyze user behavior and product performance to uncover growth opportunities. 
Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate insights and actionable recommendations; use data-driven storytelling to demonstrate value and influence the product roadmap initiatives 
Partner with QUAD to lead discovery for the Communications product—formulate problem statements, size opportunities, and define success metrics.
