Quantitative Developer

Scalpers is an algo trading firm focused on systematic and data-driven strategies across global markets. We’re looking for a Quant Developer Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coding, statistics, markets, and solving open-ended problems. The intern will work on backtesting, infrastructure, research, and strategy development projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Good foundation in statistics, applied math, computer science, engineering, data science, actuarial science, or related fields
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, recently graduated, or available for an internship
• Interest in trading, markets, quantitative finance, or systematic strategies
• Comfortable working with data and learning fast
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
