Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, cost control, valuation of works, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documents.

2. Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow.

3. Evaluate contractor and subcontractor payment applications.

4. Manage contract variations, claims, and final accounts.

5. Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

6. Prepare monthly cost and commercial reports.

7. Support procurement and tender evaluation processes.

8. Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients on commercial matters.
