Quantity Surveyor

My Client is a leading national provider of Mechanical Service Installations to high-profile clients across Ireland. The company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costings across a wide range of projects. Main Responsibilities:

Evaluate the terms and conditions of sub-contractors and contracts, with emphasis on risk, programme, terms & conditions, and design responsibility.
Prepare tender risk analyses based on standard formats and contract documentation, including bills of quantities.
Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks.
Provide advice on contractual claims, including analysis of outcomes, forecasting, and reporting as required.
