Quantity Surveyor (Electrical Engineer)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed electrical quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQ.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Evaluate and validate progress billings, variation orders (VO), and claims.
• Prepare bid evaluation for electrical scope.
• Ensure quantities and costs are aligned with the approved project budget.
• Coordinate with MEP team, design consultants, and site engineers.
• Provide technical inputs for value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain complete documentation and records for electrical QS works.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer
• 2-3 years experience in electrical quantity surveying / cost engineering
• Experience in site development or mixed-use projects
• Familiar with Philippine construction standards and contracts
