You will be joining a company who work on projects of all sizes within sectors such as Healthcare, Bars/ Restaurants, Offices, Hotels, Education and more. Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

* Monitor project costs throughout the construction process.

* Analyse tenders and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

* Conduct regular site visits.

* Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions.

* Prepare detailed reports on project costs, forecasts, and variances for senior management review.

* Identify potential risks related to costs and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
