Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Post Contract (Noida)

Role Summary:

Post-contract QS responsible for billing, valuations, variations, and cost control for building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare IPCs / client billing & final accounts
• Measurement, BOQ verification, and work valuation
• Manage variations, claims, and change orders
• Coordinate with site, client, and consultants

Project Experience:

• High-rise residential / towers
• Villas & mixed-use projects
• Luxury building experience preferred

Requirements:

• Degree in QS / Civil Engineering
• 9+ years post-contract experience
