Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

XAD Technologies is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with hands‑on experience in CCTV, ICT, IT Infrastructure, and ELV Projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for project estimation, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, tendering, and commercial management of technology and low-current system projects across Pakistan.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of surveillance systems, networking, structured cabling, access control, and ICT infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for CCTV, ICT, IT, and ELV projects
• Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and scope of work for accurate cost estimation
• Prepare project budgets, commercial proposals, and cost plans
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for material and cost planning
