Job Description

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Monitor project costs and provide cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and assist in negotiations.
• Conduct value engineering and risk management assessments.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to construction.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize project budgets.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or building construction.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budget management, and construction processes.
