Role Description
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Quantity Survey, or equivalent.
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Carry out quantity take-off for the project which includes sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price for comparison.
- Ensure the project meets legal and quality standards.
- Sourcing of quotation, Project progress claim, Sub-contractor progress payment, Meeting report preparation, Final account.
- Prepare tender, contract documents, and analyze costings for tender.
- Responsible for collecting, sorting, and checking other bidding calculations of quantities.
