Role Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparing tender submissions
- Evaluating price comparison and costing summaries
- Project administration and documentation, including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, updating claim submissions, and preparing final accounts
- Carrying out site measurements
- Evaluating and certifying sub-contractors' progress payments
- Understanding drawings
- Submitting monthly progress claims
- Performing other quantity surveying related duties as required
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in quantity surveying or a related business
- Willingness to learn and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD
- Ability to handle queries and feedback for associates, site teams, and customers
