Quantity Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTION Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage, Process LTA MRT, PUB pipeline & Private projects' claims to Clients, Prepare tenders and quotations, do quotation sourcing, cost comparisons and evaluation, submit variations claims, certify subcontractors' payments, procurement of project PBs and insurances, Any other tasks assigned by Contracts Manager/ Higher Management. Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Environmental Engineering, Minimum 2 to 5 years' working experience in Contractor firms, Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines, Able to work alternate Saturdays, Possess good and positive attitude.
