Job Description

We are hiring a hands-on Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong experience in estimates, BOQ preparation, and cost control , who will also function as a Site Engineer supporting daily construction operations.

This is a 100% on-site position . The role requires full-time field deployment and active involvement in both project costing and site supervision .

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare material take-offs and quantity estimates
• Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets
• Monitor project costs and material usage
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Assist in progress billings, variation orders, and change orders
• Submit regular cost and quantity reports
