Radar System Engineer

Overview

PULSE, the joint venture between EDGE and INDRA, is seeking a skilled and driven Radar Systems Engineer to support the design of advanced radar solutions for defense applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of high-performance radar capabilities, supporting the full engineering lifecycle from modelling and analysis through integration, qualification, and customer technical engagements, while ensuring compliance with stringent defense and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead radar system design activities, covering architecture definition (Pulsed, FMCW, AESA), signal/data processing, and RF and antenna specifications.
• Perform system modelling and performance analysis using MATLAB/Simulink, Python or radar simulation tools.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical consistency across the radar system and comply with defense engineering standards (MIL-STD).
