Rally/Jira Integration Engineer

Location: Montreal (Day 1 onsite onboarding; 3 days/week in-office)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Rally Product Support Engineer with strong expertise in Python scripting, REST API integrations, and workflow automation . This role involves managing integrations, automating data synchronization processes, and ensuring system reliability across Agile tools such as Rally and Jira .

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in integration platforms (e.g., ConnectALL) and a solid understanding of Agile environments , along with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.
