Role Description

Job Description
Taking care of all the processes in R&D, QA, and technical.
Utilizing the business's strategy in their work.
Managing a team with subordinate 15 staff.
Working with other parties (Global, Sales team, etc).
Qualifications
35-40 years old with an experience more than 10 years in the chemical industry.
Has work experience in R&D, QA, and Project Management is preferable.
Ability to manage and supervise subordinates of more than 15 staff.
Good sense of people management, management vision, and aggressive.
Moderate to Good English communication skills.
