Responsibilities:
Customer technical service, market request collection, analysis & feedback, which include collect & archive customer request from technical aspects; pre-research with Group R&D to check feasibility.
Project management which includes project plans, coordinating project staff or any project teams, monitoring project progress, communicating project progress with relative stakeholders on defined interval.
Knowledge & Information record which including safely collect and archive technical information from market/business case/projects. This chiefly entails actively following external market conditions and technological developments, identifying and assess potential opportunities; record ideas and proposals for new technology, products and application area and document technical data and specifications.
