**A Day in the Life**
As an R&D Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and enhancing production processes for advanced medical devices. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will drive world-class product manufacturability by developing and optimizing processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a strong emphasis on cost efficiency and consistency. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to work hands-on with high-tech, automated manufacturing technologies such as laser cutting, laser welding, assembly, and (optical) measurement systems.
