What You'll Do

• Lead development of UHT plant-based products
• Optimize formulations with protein, oil, fat and stabilizer
• Enhance stability, texture, protein and shelf-life
• Plan and execute lab, pilot plant and industrial trialOptimize processing and troubleshoot technical challenge
• Coordinate pilot plant operations and support scale-up
• Maintain technical documentation and present result
