Role Description

Our client is seeking a Research and Development Manager who will be taking care of startup manufacturing beverages, and handling premium products with international standards and will be a part of the management team, mainly focusing on developing new beverage products and all the research and development projects.
Responsibilities
Managing and directing research and development projects to meet organizational goals.
Capitalizing on potential new products and managing the day-to-day performance.
Understanding customer expectations on to-be manufactured products.
Determining and executing improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
Establishing project goals and priorities by collaborating with other cross-functional teams.
Transferring new technologies, procedures, products, and manufacturing processes into and out of the company.
