R&D Software Developer (Sensors) Trainee

We are seeking a Software Engineer (Sensor Developer) to join our R&D Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Naval Group Far East Pte Ltd. Reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer, you will play a key role in advancing our multi-agent simulation platform and supporting the development of physics-based sensor models. Your work will directly support algorithm testing and the generation of high-fidelity data for AI applications.
About the Project: The CoE is jointly developing and maintaining the core of the project, a physics-driven multi-agent simulation platform designed to ensure accuracy in complex environments. It recreates aerial, surface and underwater vessels in maritime environments, allowing the generation of synthetic data and control of the assets. The platform enables developers to test new algorithms and create synthetic data for advanced AI and autonomy projects.
