REACH – Internship Engagement Programme is a structured learning experience that assigns interns to a specific department, providing hands‑on experience on real projects from day one.

• Work on real projects and gain hands‑on experience within the assigned department.

• Valid UAE residence visa with at least six months of validity.
• Willingness to undertake an unpaid internship.
• Commitment to the programme for a minimum of three months.
• (Optional) Fluency in a language other than English.
• (Optional) Genuine passion for the aviation industry.
• (Optional) Ability to build a paper airplane in under 10 seconds.
