Reactive Planner

Job Description The Reactive Planner plays a key role in ensuring reactive and planned maintenance calls are processed from start to finish. Working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will manage work orders, raise purchase orders, coordinate attendance, and maintain accurate system records. You will also support reporting, compliance documentation, and customer communication while adhering to company processes, health and safety requirements, and service level agreements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate reactive and PMC tasks received from internal teams and customers Receive, progress, and update work orders through the CAFM system Raise purchase orders and manage the approval process for subcontracted work Arrange quotations, scheduling, and site attendance with subcontractors Manage task queues, including prioritisation and triage of works Monitor completion, documentation, and compliance uploads Liaise daily with engineering teams on workload and availab...
