Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day facility operations for the Helsinki office, analyze and supervise the maintenance and purchase of office supplies and equipment.
Act as the main-contact for landlord, building management, and vendors, running office daily operations, security, maintenance, and services.
Partner with local leadership, , CIT and other teams for any related projects and initiatives for the Site.
