Real-Time WFM Analyst: Scheduling & Performance

ibex is looking for a Real Time Analyst to manage and balance service levels for the call center across various business lines in Bacolod, Philippines. The role involves monitoring call volume, staffing, and performance to ensure an efficient call center environment.

Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in workforce analysis and advanced knowledge in MS Excel and workforce management tools like IEX and CMS. The position requires strong communication and analytical skills, with 6 full-time roles available.
