Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist clients upon arrival
• Manage appointments, bookings, and follow-ups
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media appointment requests
• Maintain client records and appointment schedules
• Coordinate with doctors and treatment staff
• Ensure the reception and waiting area remain presentable and organised at all times
• Manage daily payments, invoices, and basic administrative tasks
• Create a warm, professional, and luxurious client experience from arrival to departure
