What the job involvesReception and Visitor Management
Ensure all visitors are greeted courteously and professionally
Check security clearance and issue identification badges and site safety information to all visitors
Input visitor details using electronic booking system and notify hosts of arrivals
Make follow-up calls when guests are not collected
Maintain reception image in line with company standards
Meeting Room and Facilities Management
Assist with internal/external bookings with full meeting room accountability
Ensure meeting rooms are prepared for daily meetings and maintained to expected standards
Ownership and facility of room setups, including moving flexible furniture
Maintain awareness of room status and support internal rooms appropriately
