Your day at NTT DATA
The Receptionist / Switchboard Operator has the responsibility to deliver a friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests.

Key responsibilities:

Takes responsibility for the reception area, ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.

Receives and welcome Guests and advise the relevant internal stakeholders of the guest/visitor’s arrival timeously.

Answers, screens and redirects incoming calls.
