Overview

Position: Recruitment Consultant

Work setup: Hybrid | Night shift

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing (Seek, database, Facebook groups, etc.)
• Resume screening against job briefs
• Conducting initial phone screens (availability, tickets/licenses, location, pay expectations, work rights, reliability, etc.)
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews for me to begin with (and potentially also conducting interviews further down the track)
• Timesheet follow-ups
• Bulk SMS/email campaigns for high-volume roles
