Role Description

THE ROLE
Our recruitment team is currently working with a growing custom production manufacturer seeking a Red Seal Machinist to work fully in the office at the location in Pitt Meadows. Shift times: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required for overtime and potential earlier start times.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set operation and maintenance of CNC machines, including vertical and horizontal mills, lathes, and other precision equipment.

Collaborate with other machinists to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.

Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software to develop and modify CNC programs, ensuring optimal machining processes and efficient material usage.
