Regional IT Infrastructure Engineer

Experience: 12 To 18 Yrs

You must have high autonomy, a good understanding of underlying IT concepts, strong motivation to learn, and resourcefulness in proposing adequate solutions to complex problems.

Supplier management.
Project management.
Reporting and communication with internal customers / Vendors.
Server Asset Management.
Autonomous working capabilities.
Customer management.
Analytical Troubleshooting.

Required technical skills (similar competing technologies also accepted):

Basic Knowledge on services
WAN / LAN / WiFi (TCP/IP, VPN, QoS, Cisco, wiring best practices)
Telephony & audio/video conferencing (CUCM, Analog, VoIP, ToIP)
Active Directory (DC, GPO), DHCP, DNS, SMTP

Strong Experience on Servers, Storage, Middleware, Datacenter

Virtualization Hypervisor (Hyper-V)
