Job Description
Our client is a well-established industrial services business operating across NSW and nationally, servicing major logistics, industrial and commercial clients including large national accounts. With a broad product range across the industrial and commercial sectors, the NSW operation is well-resourced and continuing to grow.

This is a senior leadership opportunity sitting above the day-to-day service management layer - a role for someone ready to own a P&L, lead a broad team and drive a business unit, not just run a schedule.

The Role
You will have full accountability for the NSW service business - owning the P&L, leading the team and driving growth. You'll oversee a team of approximately 18, including coordinators, sales staff, technicians and admin, supported by a subcontractor network for regional and key account coverage.
