Regulatory Affairs Coordinator (Cosmetics)

UAS Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs & Trademark Specialist to join our remote team. 

This is a unique dual-function role covering both global cosmetics regulatory affairs and trademark portfolio management . 

The successful candidate will support our Regulatory Lead with product registrations, regulatory documentation, ingredient compliance, label reviews, claims checks and market-specific cosmetic compliance across multiple international markets. 

In addition, this person will take ownership of our trademark administration. We are looking to bring more trademark work in-house, including trademark searches, application preparation, renewals, deadline tracking and portfolio management. External trademark lawyers will still be used where necessary, but the goal is to reduce reliance on lawyers for routine trademark work.
