Act as the primary service contact, building relationships with prospects and existing Innovation Banking clients.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and account opening for Israel and US accounts, and oversee openings across global branches in line with procedures.

Review customer information to identify and close CDD gaps, securing all required data and supporting documents.

Coordinate with Relationship Management and offshore back-office teams to deliver tasks within agreed service levels.

Provide day-to-day banking support for Israeli accounts and assist with clients’ global banking needs across HSBC territories.
