Relationship Manager Arabic speaker

Reporting to the Team Lead /Senior Relationship Manager. As a Relationship Manager you will focus on onboarding new clients and be involved in the growth of these accounts by employing a value-based relationship approach. You will work in a team comprising culturally diverse professionals with different skill sets who support each other in delivering impactful results.

You will:

• Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets.

• Activate retain and grow your customer portfolio through providing personalized voice & social media support and fulfilling their needs.

• Develop a professional and trusting relationship with your active portfolio of clients keeping them up to date with our developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
