Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strategic client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure long-term client satisfaction for our institutional banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of institutional client accounts
• Build deep relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs
• Prepare account reviews and strategic growth plans

Requirements

• 3+ years in relationship management or account management within financial services
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
