EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Project Management, Release Management or related IT Operations, with a strong understanding of Agile, ITIL and Change principles
- Experience of service management tooling and workflow automation.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tooling including Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot; familiarity with Claude Code for AI-assisted development and automation tasks is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to design and apply effective prompt structures across generative AI tools, including system prompts, contextual instructions, and multi-turn dialogue patterns.
