RELEASE TRAIN ENGINEER

At TCS we are currently looking for a Release Train Engineer for TCS Argentina. The selected candidate will work in a hybrid model based in Santiago, Chile. A high level of English is mandatory and a key requirement for the role. The position offers a permanent contract with TCS Chile.

Technical Skills

• 5+ years in agile software development
• Hands‑on expertise highly preferred
• Knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, metrics, and DevOps capabilities
• Technical acumen to collaborate with development teams

Agile Experience

• 2+ years specifically as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach directly enabling teams
• Applying agile at scale, facilitating events, coaching continuous improvement
• Experience with scaled frameworks like SAFe
• Leading multiple agile release trains
