Reliability Engineer

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00)

Salary: Up to £50,000, dependent on experience.

This new position focuses entirely on building a proactive maintenance strategy that strengthens our equipment performance and supports our journey toward smarter, more connected manufacturing. You’ll take responsibility for developing preventative and predictive approaches, shaping TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activity and driving reliability improvements that help us refine how we work today, and innovate for tomorrow.
