Reliability Engineer

**Escolaridad:**

Bachelor´s of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering.

**Objetivo General:**

Ensure conformance results of product validation of Milwaukee Tools through reliability engineering skills.

**Conocimientos, experiencia, habilidades:**

+ 1-3 years of experience in new product development processes, emphasizing design.
+ Advanced knowledge of RCA methods as 8D.
+ Previous relevant experience with Design of Experiments, life data analysis, and other statistical tools and software (i.e, Minitab, ReliaSoft, MonteCarlo).
+ Experience with test plan development.
+ Advanced experience on mechanical and electronics
+ Collaborate with teams in the U.S an Asia for technical benchmarketing and resolving questions.
+ Perform statistical analysis (Weibull, reliability distributions, matrices) to interpret test results and generate reports with clear conclusion.
