Role Description

Getronics is seeking a REMOTE L2 TECHNICIAN for a 10-month contract based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role entails providing remote end-user support in enterprise environments, handling escalations from L1 and onsite teams, and utilizing strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11. 
Applicants must be fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and other remote support tools is also essential.
