Role Description

Mercor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to assist their talent pool with support requests. This remote position offers a compensation range of $40,000–$50,000. The successful candidate will debug applications, investigate issues, and build documentation while maintaining a positive interaction with users. 
Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or experience in customer support for web applications, with knowledge of SaaS products and support platforms.
