Role Description

Mercor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support our talent pool primarily in LatAm. This role involves responding to support requests, investigating issues with web applications, and building helpful documentation. 
The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS-based products, debugging skills, and a solid technical background, supported by a degree in Computer Science or comparable experience. This position is remote with compensation ranging from $40,000 to $50,000.
