Role Description

Generating demand. Handling enquiries. Closing deals.

As a Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in driving occupancy and revenue growth for Hmlet’s co-living portfolio. You will proactively connect with potential customers, manage inbound leads, coordinate property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and deliver a seamless customer experience from enquiry to move-in.

You will work closely with operations, marketing, and customer experience teams while contributing towards sales targets, retention goals, and overall business growth.
