Remote Solution Architect

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a remote solution architect to join a large healthcare client to support contact center initiatives. The Solution Architect receives epic- and feature-level assignments and general direction from the Train Architect and translates them into scalable, well-structured solution designs. They partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Technical Leads to refine requirements and ensure solutions align with both business objectives and technical standards. The role requires collaboration with Solution Domain Lead Architects and Integration Architects to design, validate, and document solutions that may impact multiple systems or domains. The Solution Architect designs and evolves complex, distributed systems using established architectural and design patterns, creating new patterns when addressing novel use cases.
